Safety Guidelines and Guest Responsibility

We strive to ensure that all our guests, including families with children, enjoy a pleasant and safe stay at our property. To ensure the safety of all occupants, we ask all guests traveling with children to adhere to the following safety rules and regulations:

1. Supervision of Children

  • Constant Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, the pool area, the garden, common areas, and any potentially hazardous zones.

  • No Unattended Children: Children must never be left unattended in any area of the property, including near stairs, balconies, or the pool.

  • Property Boundaries: Parents or guardians must ensure that children do not wander away from the property unsupervised.

2. Pool Safety

  • Swimming Ability: Children who cannot swim proficiently are not permitted to swim alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the pool.

  • Assessment: Parents or guardians must ensure that children are capable of swimming safely before allowing them to enter the water.

  • Life Jackets and Flotation Devices: If a child is not an experienced swimmer, it is strongly recommended that they wear a life jacket or other appropriate flotation devices, which must be used under adult supervision.

  • Safety Rules: All guests must respect the pool safety instructions regarding depth, diving areas, and access to pool equipment.

  • Conduct: Running, pushing, or horseplay around the pool is strictly prohibited to prevent injuries.

3. Conduct and Respect for the Property

  • Responsibility for Conduct: Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behavior during their stay. This includes any damage caused to the property, furniture, or items due to inappropriate behavior (e.g., jumping on beds, rough play with decor or objects).

  • Quiet Hours and Neighbors: To respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we ask guests to limit noise levels, particularly in the evening. It is imperative to avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, such as loud music. For the comfort and respect of everyone, please ensure there is no noise nuisance after 11:00 PM.
